Great menu; interesting with the fried rabbit
betty
Betty: We raise rabbits, goats, and chickens. I try to vary the menu by what’s in the freezer.
Corn dogs, homemade I take it.
Fried rabbit with cabbage stir fry is a unique combo, it has been at least 20 years since last ate fried rabbit as it was that long since my sweetie hunted quail and rabbit for us.
Jackie: I probably would’ve made the rabbit with a rice dish, but cabbage is in the garden and I want to use it up.
You have a pretty yummy variety of meals. Really enjoy seeing what you’re up to. And I’d love to hear how things work with the pressure cooker. I hear it’s supposed to make meats just as tender and tasty as a slow cooker but in half the time.
Angela: I hope to write a post on how I hooked up with that pressure cooker. It was a long time in coming. I hope it’ll do everything I need.
Yum! I have to admit, though, a lot of what you call breakfast, I’d eat for dinner! Mmmm French toast for dinner … delicious guilty indulgence
Jenny: I wish Greg liked breakfast for dinner. When I lived alone I’d eat pancakes for dinner if I felt like it. Ah, the single’s life. LOL!
Sounds delicious.
Misha: I have a picky husband.
